Reorder the sections on your event page

Decide the order in which Tickets, Guest Lists, Bottle Service, and Passes appear to your customers.

Every event in XCEED is organized into sections — Tickets, Guest Lists, Bottle Service, and Passes. The order these sections appear in on your event page shapes what your customers see first.

With Reorder sections, you can drag and drop them into any order that fits your sales strategy. The new order is applied immediately to your public event page, widget, and booking plugin.

How it works

  1. Go to your Event and open the Offers tab

  2. Click the three-dots menu on any section header

  3. Select Reorder sections

  4. In the modal, drag each section by its handle into the order you want

  5. Click Save changes

You'll see a confirmation toast and the new order will take effect right away.

Good to Know

  • Applies to all sections at once — you reorder every section from a single modal, regardless of which section's menu you opened

  • Only shows when it's useful — the "Reorder sections" action is hidden when you only have one section

  • Not available for past events — reordering is disabled once the event has ended

  • Your order is public — the sequence you set is what customers see on the event page, the embedded widget, and the booking plugin

  • To cancel — close the modal with the X or click outside of it. No changes are saved until you click Save changes
