Plans change. If you can no longer attend an event, Resale lets you put your ticket back on sale to other Xceed users instead of losing its value. When someone buys it, your ticket transfers to them and you're refunded — automatically. Resale is available on selected events only while the event hasn't started.
1. List a ticket for resale
Login to your XCEED account
Go to My Bookings and open the booking with the ticket you want to resell.
In the Resale section, find the ticket and tap List ticket for resale. If your booking has several tickets, you can select more than one.
Review the summary, then tap Confirm.
Your ticket now shows an On sale status and is available for others to buy.
Once your ticket is sold you will get a confirmation email
2. Unlist a ticket
Changed your mind? You can remove a listing anytime before it sells.
Open the booking in My Bookings.
Next to the listed ticket, tap Unlist.
Confirm — your ticket will be removed from the resale market. It stays yours and valid for entry.
If someone is in the middle of buying it, you'll be asked to try again in a few minutes.
3. Good to Know
You need to be logged in to your Xceed account to list a ticket for resale.
Resale is only available on selected events. If you don't see the option, resale isn't available for that event
Listings close when the event starts — you can't list a resale ticket once the event has started.
Your ticket stays valid until it sells — you can keep using it right up until someone buys it.
Season passes can be resold only if every event the pass covers has resale enabled.
