How to refund a ticket

Refund your customers in a matter of seconds from Xceed Pro

You can easily refund a ticket that has already been issued through Xceed Pro before your event takes place. Hereโ€™s how:

1. Access the booking section

  • Go to the report page and scroll down to the Booking Section.

  • Search for the reservation using the attendee's name, email, or ticket number.

  • Click on the reservation to view the details.

2. Perform refund

  • Click the Refund button.

  • Choose whether you want to refund the entire booking or just specific tickets within the booking.

  • Include a brief description explaining the reason for the refund.

  • Click Refund to complete the process

The client will receive a full refund of 100% of the amount paid (including both the ticket price and fees) within a maximum of 10 days (usually sooner).
