You can easily refund a ticket that has already been issued through Xceed Pro before your event takes place. Hereโs how:
1. Access the booking section
Go to the report page and scroll down to the Booking Section.
Search for the reservation using the attendee's name, email, or ticket number.
Click on the reservation to view the details.
2. Perform refund
Click the Refund button.
Choose whether you want to refund the entire booking or just specific tickets within the booking.
Include a brief description explaining the reason for the refund.
Click Refund to complete the process
The client will receive a full refund of 100% of the amount paid (including both the ticket price and fees) within a maximum of 10 days (usually sooner).
