This feature allows organisers to retrieve ticket information when events require integration with third-party systems. It’s especially useful for hybrid setups or venues using multiple tools. Exports help ensure consistent entry control across platforms.

1. How to export tickets

  1. Log in to XCEED Pro.

  2. Open the event you want to export tickets from.

  3. Access the Booking

  4. Click on Export to download a CSV file with all the booking information including Qr codes

The exported file contains ticket information that can be uploaded or processed externally.

4. Important things to keep in mind

  • Exported tickets are a snapshot in time

  • Any changes made after exporting won’t be reflected automatically

  • Cancelled or refunded tickets should be handled carefully

  • Access rules depend on the external platform you use

Always make sure exported data is up to date before using it at the door.

5. Best practices for external integrations

  • Export tickets as close as possible to event time

  • Re-export if last-minute sales or refunds occur

  • Align ticket naming and categories across platforms

  • Test the external system before doors open

This helps avoid entry issues on event day.
