1. How to export tickets
Log in to XCEED Pro.
Open the event you want to export tickets from.
Access the Booking
Click on Export to download a CSV file with all the booking information including Qr codes
The exported file contains ticket information that can be uploaded or processed externally.
4. Important things to keep in mind
Exported tickets are a snapshot in time
Any changes made after exporting won’t be reflected automatically
Cancelled or refunded tickets should be handled carefully
Access rules depend on the external platform you use
Always make sure exported data is up to date before using it at the door.
