When attending an event you booked through XCEED, it’s important to be able to show your ticket at the entrance — this article explains the easiest ways to do that.
1. Ticket requirements for entry
To enter the event, you’ll need to show your ticket. We highly recommend downloading the XCEED app so you can display your ticket directly from the app on the day of the event.
2. Alternate ways to show your ticket
If you prefer not to use the app, you can still show your ticket in other formats:
Show the PDF ticket you received by email on your phone.
Print the ticket and bring the paper version with you (though this is less necessary today).
