Tickets can't be canceled and refunds are subject to the organizer's refund policy and restrictions of national laws. 

Law obliges the organizer to return the money exclusively in the case that the event is canceled or if it suffers substantial changes, such as cancellation of an artist. This doesn't apply if the cause it's considered as major cause, such a demonstration or weather.

Refunds are not accepted for reasons unrelated to the organization. 

Once a refund is approved by the organization, the money may take up to 10 days to reach your account depending on your bank and credit card.
