In most cases, tickets purchased on XCEED are non-refundable. This is because cancellation and refund policies are set directly by the event organizer, not by XCEED.
Before buying a ticket, you can always check the cancellation terms on the event page.
2. What to do if you can’t attend
If you’re unable to attend an event and your ticket is not refundable, we recommend reselling your ticket via TicketSwap, which is the safest option to pass your ticket to someone else.
In exceptional situations, you can also contact the event organizer directly, but refunds are not guaranteed unless clearly stated in the event conditions.
