1. How to delete your XCEED account
To delete your account, send an email to support@xceed.me from the email address linked to your XCEED account, or clearly specify it in the message.
Once we receive your request, our team will take care of the account deletion for you.
2. How to request personal data removal
If you want your personal data to be permanently removed from our system, send an email to support@xceed.me and include the email address associated with your XCEED account.
Requesting personal data removal automatically includes the deletion of your account. Your request will be processed within 72 hours.
