We know that sometimes plans can change and we believe that it is in everyone's best interest that no ticket gets wasted. For this reason, we decided to develop an integration with ticketswap that allows those that cannot make it to shows to safely resell their tickets, and those that are looking for tickets to sold-out shows, to safely purchase them.

When a purchase of an Xceed ticket happens on ticketswap, the ticket uploaded from the seller is canceled and a new one is generated on Xceed for the buyer, making sure that the same ticket cannot be sold twice, nor the sold ticket used by the seller after the sale.

At Xceed we're strongly against Ticket Scalping (the practice of buying tickets in bulk to later resell them for an increased price) as we believe that music (and culture in general) should be as accessible as possible.
As a matter of fact, Ticketswap's policy to cap to 20% the increase in the resale price is one of the reasons why we picked them as our reselling partner.

Head to ticketswap.com, create an account, and list your ticket in their marketplace uploading the PDF you received via email from us and providing the required information.
You're good to go! Once your ticket will be sold you will be notified from ticketswap and they will transfer the money to your bank account in 3 business days.
