Promoters: How to Use XCEED Pro

Use XCEED Pro as a promoter to share your sales link, add guests to the guest list, and track your performance in real time.

If an organiser adds you as a promoter, XCEED Pro is where you’ll promote the event, manage guest list additions, and check your sales stats. This guide shows you how to log in and use the key promoter tools.

Check your email from XCEED (password + access link)

When the event organiser adds you as a promoter, XCEED automatically sends you an email with:

  1. Your login access (link to XCEED Pro)

  2. Your password (or a button/link to set your password, depending on the invitation)

If you can’t find the email, check your spam/promotions folder, or ask the organiser to re-send the promoter invite.

2. Log in to XCEED Pro

You can log in using:

  1. XCEED Pro app (iOS / Android)

    • Don’t log in via the XCEED (consumer) app

    • or the XCEED Access app. They’re not intended for promoter use.

  2. Select the company/venue profile you work with (if you have more than one)

  3. Choose the event you want to work on

  4. Click the event to access promoter features

  5. Inside the event click View to open your ticket page.

  6. Copy your personal sales link and share it with your customers.

5. Add guests to the guest list (offline sales)

If your are not sure how the guest list was set up (what it includes, your quantity limits...), check with the event organiser.

6. Check your sales reports

Inside the event, scroll up to see your ticket sales performance.

To check your overall performance (last month, last year, or future events), open the Analytics tab.
