When an event organiser adds you to be a promoter, you will receive an email like this with your link and a button to set up your password on Xceed Pro as a promoter

You will be able to log in with your browser https://pro.xceed.me/ or on the Xceed Pro App (App Store and Google Play) with your email and password.

Do not log in from the Xceed App nor the Xceed Access App as this is not intended to be used by promoter.

Once registered this is what you will be able to see:

1. Dashboard

  • Depending on how many companies and venues you work with, you will be able to choose the venue and profile you want to look at and then the event where you want to add clients or look at your sales.

  • Click on the event to access all promoter’s functionalities on Xceed Pro

2. PROMOTE YOUR EVENTS

  • By clicking on the view button you will open a page with your link to buy tickets

  • This the link you should share with your customers. It ends in Channel--(your name)

3. ADD GUESTS TO A GUEST LIST OR TICKET

  1. Click on the black square with the white cross button on the bottom right of your screen

  2. Choose the option offline sales

  3. Select the type of offer you want to add the guest to and how many guests they will be. The channel will automatically be your own or you can chose from your team in case you are a team leader. You can only add people to the guest list. Paid tickets should be bought by clients directly on your link.

The amount of guests you can add in a go depends on the setting of the guest list created. It can be that you can add only one at a time, or maybe 50. Check with the event organiser

  4. Fill in the data from your guests and click confirm

3. You are now able to download the ticket to send to your guest or add a new client by clicking on sell again

4. Check your sales reports

When inside the event you can scroll up and see all the data of the tickets you have sold

You can also check your overall performance over the last month, year or for future events by clicking on the analytics tab
