Currency Settings are a per-user preference. They affect how prices are rendered everywhere in XCEED PRO — analytics, reports, tables, charts, booking details, event cards, and offer cards — but they don't change the underlying data or what your customers see on the public event page.

There are two independent settings:

  1. Currency Format — how numbers are formatted

  2. Currency Display — whether to show the currency symbol or the ISO code

All four combinations are valid, so you can mix and match to fit your workflow.

1. Change Your Currency Settings

  1. Click your profile in the bottom-left corner

  2. Go to Settings

  3. Scroll to the Currency Format and Currency Display sections (below Language)

  4. Pick the options you prefer from the dropdowns

  5. Changes apply immediately across the app — no save button, no page refresh needed

Your choice is saved to your account and persists across sessions and devices.

2. Currency Format and Display

2.1 Currency Format

Controls how numbers and decimals are separated.

  • Anglo-American€1,234.56 (comma for thousands, period for decimals)

  • Locale-based1.234,56 € (format derived from your language setting, e.g. German, Spanish, French use period for thousands and comma for decimals)

The default is Anglo-American, which matches what Finance and Legal teams typically use for reports and exports.

2.2 Currency display

Controls whether to show the currency symbol or the three-letter ISO code.

  • Symbol, $, £, ¥

  • CodeEUR, USD, GBP, JPY

Use Code when you work with multiple currencies and want to avoid ambiguity (for example, between US dollars and Canadian dollars, or between different pound sterling variants).

The default is Symbol.
