Xceed Pro has a new way of presenting your event report. It is faster, has more input on your data and it is easier for you to find your customers. Check it out.

Filter all your data

You can now filter all the data of your report by

  • Online/Offline sales

  • By channel

  • By date range

Performance: Data views

Your data is now present not only as a table but with tables and graphs aligned with the filters chosen

  • You can see your booking, revenue or views in a line chart on a daily, weekly or monthly basis

  • Your booking mix as a bar chart so you understand what offers have a bigger weight on your sales

    • Within each type of offer you can click on the bar and see what ticket or tables types have been sold the most

  • You have a similar bar chart to analyse your sales channel and their performance

Bookings

Your booking section has all the information about your clients and many more filter to help you find them:

  • Name

  • Booking ID (number under the name)

  • Offer type (including short description)

  • Quantity

  • Price

  • Booking time

  • Status

    • This new filter allows you too see all tickets bought and separate them between active and refunded

  • Add-on

    • This new filter allows you to see the tickets that have been bought with an add on

When clicking on the filter button you can select what type of clients you want to see
