You can easily share your event report without granting access to modify your offers or settings. Follow these steps:
Step 1: Access your event Report
Enter your event and click on the 3 dots on the top right corner
Select Share Report from the drop down menu
Step 2: Create a Shareable Link
Click on Create Link to generate a view-only link.
Step 3: Set the Link Alias
Choose an alias for the link. This is essentially a name that identifies the link you’re creating. For example, if you own the venue and have an external organizer working with you, you might use "Organizer" as the alias.
Click Save to proceed.
Step 4: Copy and Share Your Link
Once the link is created, you will see a success page displaying the link. Copy this link to share it with your partners or promoters.
Step 5: Manage Your Links
You can create multiple links for different events as needed. If you want to delete a link, simply click on the trash bin icon next to it. Please note that once a link is deleted, it will no longer work.
Even after the event has concluded, the reports will still be accessible.
Step 6: Return to Manage Links
To create new links or delete existing ones, repeat Step 1 by going back to your event report and clicking on Share Report.
Additional Notes
Users with view-only access can filter the information as needed but cannot change or add any data.
