This feature is useful when you work with promoters, partners, or external teams who need visibility on event performance but shouldn’t be able to change anything in XCEED Pro.
View-only mode lets you generate a public link to your event report. Anyone with this link can view the full report and apply filters, but they can’t edit offers, settings, or any event data inside XCEED Pro.
1. How to share your event report
1.1 Open your event report
Log in to XCEED Pro.
Open the event you want to share.
Go to the Event Report section.
Click on the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
Select Share report from the menu.
1.2: Create a Shareable Link
Click Create link.
Set an alias for the link: When creating the link, you can add an alias to identify who the link is for.
For example: “Promoters”, “Marketing team”, or “Partner X”.This helps you keep track of multiple shared links.
A view-only link will be generated.
Copy the link and share it with whoever needs access.
2. Manage shared links
You can create and manage multiple view-only links for the same event.
To remove a link, click the trash icon next to it.
Once deleted, the link will stop working immediately.
Links remain active even after the event ends, unless you delete them manually.
3. What people can do with a view-only link
With a view-only link, users can:
View the full event report
Apply filters by date, channel, or team
Analyze sales and performance data
They cannot edit events, offers, prices, or settings, and they don’t get access to any other part of XCEED Pro. They also don't get access to the personal data of the buyers.
