How to Download C1 and C2 Forms from Alligator

Edited

For every event organizer in Italy, proper management of tax documents is essential to remain compliant with SIAE (the Italian authors and publishers association) and the Revenue Agency (Agenzia delle Entrate). If you use the Alligator Ticket system, you will regularly need to generate and download your C1 and C2 summary sheets.

Here is a quick guide on what these documents are and how to easily retrieve them from the platform.

What are C1 and C2 Forms?

  • The C1 Form: This is the official tax summary for your standard ticket sales. It contains all the essential presale and box office data: tickets issued, voided tickets, complimentary passes, gross revenue, and broken-down VAT.

  • The C2 Form: This is the exact equivalent of the C1, but it is dedicated exclusively to season pass / subscription sales (abbonamenti).

Please note: Both documents are available in Daily versions (showing the last 24 hours of transactions) and Monthly versions. The Monthly C1/C2 is the definitive document: it summarizes the entire event, is required during a SIAE inspection, and must be sent to your accountant for tax liquidation.

Step-by-Step Download Procedure

1.Log in to the System:

Log in to your Alligator Ticket backend dashboard using your organizer credentials.

2.Select the Event or Venue:

From the main menu, choose the specific venue or event for which you want to generate the report.

3.Go to the Summaries Section:

Look at the navigation menu (often located in the top bar) for the tax documents section. This is typically found under Service Functions (Funzioni di Servizio), Summaries (Riepiloghi), or Statistics (Statistiche).

4.Choose Your Document:

Select the form you need from the dropdown menu. You will find options for:

  • Daily C1 or Monthly C1

  • Daily C2 or Monthly C2

5.Download the PDF:

Click the Download PDF button. The file will save directly to your computer, ready to be archived or sent to your accounting team.

Tip for Organizers: Don't wait months to download your Monthly C1. Make it a habit to grab it as soon as the event's sales are finalized. This ensures you have accurate data ready for invoicing, VAT calculations, and the Italian Entertainment Tax (Imposta sugli Intrattenimenti - ISI)
