Xceed Pro allows you to assign different types of permissions to your team members.
User Roles and Permissions
Admin
Has full access to the club operations and all its statistics, reports and customer data.
Can add and manage users as well as promoters.
Its the only role that can change company data.
Operation Director
Has full access to club operations, including creating and editing events and offers, resending and refunding tickets.
Can view all statistics, reports, and customer data.
Can add and manage promoters.
Operation Manager
Has full access to club operations, including creating and editing events and offers.
Cannot access statistics, reports, or customer data.
Can add and manage promoters.
Marketing Director
Has view-only access to all company events, statistics, reports, and customer data.
Cannot edit events or process refunds, resends, or ticket downloads.
Marketing Manager
Acts as a team leader for all team leaders.
Can view all tickets sold and filter them by teams.
Cannot edit events or process refunds, resends, or ticket downloads.
Door Director
Has access to the Xceed Access app to scan and refund tickets at the door.
Can view, but not edit, guest lists and tickets.
Can conduct box office sales.

Finance Manager
Can view and download all company event statistics, reports, and customer data as a CSV file.
Cannot edit events or process refunds, resends, or ticket downloads.

Customer Service
Can view events and customer data.
Can resend, download, and refund tickets.
Team Leader
Can view events and sales made on their own channel and those belonging to their team.
Promoter
Can view events and only the sales made on their own channel.
How to View and Manage Role Permissions
Go to your Company Settings and click on Manage Users
Select the specific user role you want to review (e.g., Operations Manager).
View all assigned permissions.
4. As an Admin, you can update a user’s role at any time:
Click the three-dot menu next to the user’s email and select Edit.
Choose the new role and click Save.
