1. CREATE A PROMOTER

Before you start, make sure to create a promoter for importing your tickets. This helps keep your statistics organized.

  • Go to Marketing, click on Team and select Create Promoter

  • Give your promoter a custom name. For example, if you're importing Resident Advisor tickets, you can name it "Resident Advisor."

2. IMPORT THE .CSV FILE from your computer

  • Navigate to your event page and click on "+" and then Import CSV

  • A pop-up will appear. In the "Select and Offer" field, choose the ticketing option, and in the "Channel" field, select the promoter you just created (e.g., "Resident Advisor").

  • Choose the correct separator for your CSV (either Comma or Semicolon) and then click on Select File to upload your .csv file.

3. CONFIRM COLUMNS INFORMATION

  • Ensure you select the correct columns for the required information:

    • Code (Barcode or QR code, depending on the ticket format)

    • Full Name ( or First and Second name depending on the format of the CSV).

  • You can also add email addresses to store them in the Customers section of Xceed Pro, but this is optional..

IMPORTANT: The system requires that there are no column headers in your CSV. Depending on the file format, you may need to click “Remove First Row” or leave it unchecked.

  • Finally Click on Confirm

Note: The Confirm button will not be clickable until you select the Code and Full Name column.

If you don't see the confirmation page, don't re-upload the file right away—larger files may take some time to process. You can continue using Xceed Pro while the tickets are uploading.

Congratulations!

You can now scan all the tickets sold through Xceed and through the platform you just imported via the Door Management App Xceed - Club Manager (available for iOS and Android)
