The "Only X left" badge creates urgency by showing your customers when ticket availability is running low. You can now fully configure when this badge appears, both as a company-wide default and on a per-offer basis, so it always matches your sales strategy.

1. How It Works

When the remaining quantity of a ticket or pass drops below a certain threshold, an "Only X left" badge is displayed on the event card in XCEED. This nudges potential buyers to act fast.

You can configure this threshold at two levels:

  1. Company defaults - set a default threshold per offer type (ticket, guest list, bottle service, pass)

  2. Per-offer override - set a custom threshold on any individual Admission, Pass, or Preset.

1.1 Set Company Defaults

Company defaults apply to all your offers unless overridden individually.

  1. Go to Offer Presets in the left sidebar

  2. Open the Settings tab

  3. Set a default threshold for each offer type:

    • Ticket

    • Guest list

    • Bottle service

    • Pass

  4. Click Save

For example, setting the ticket default to 15 means the badge will appear on all newly created tickets when 15 or fewer tickets remain.

1.2. Set a Custom Threshold on a Specific Offer

You can override the company default on any individual offer.

  1. Go to Edit your Event and open the Offers tab

  2. Select the Admission or Pass you want to configure

  3. Find the "Tickets left" threshold field by scrolling down

  4. Enter your custom number

  5. Click Save

This value will take priority over the company default for that specific offer.

2. Disable the Badge

  • If you don't want the "Only X left" badge to show on a specific offer, simply set the threshold to 0.

  • To disable it for all offers of a given type, set the company default to 0 in the Offers Settings tab.

3. Good to Know

  • Leave the field empty on a specific offer to use the company default

  • Set to 0 to never show the badge

  • Enter a custom number to override the default for that offer

  • If you don't set anything badge shows up when 10 or fewer tickets remain
