You can check-in guests quickly by downloading our Xceed Access App app in the Play Store or App Store. Thanks to it, you will know how many customers attended the event, at which hour and you will also get more valuable insights.
Set up door managers and staff on Xceed Pro website
As an admin user in your venue or organisation you can check in guests by loging in the Xceed Access app with your email and password.
You can also set up a user which only purpose is to check in guests, without having access to other information like revenue of the event. That user is called Door Manager or a Door Director
Click on manage users
Click on add new user
Fill in the name and email of the user and chose the role Door manager or Door Director
P.S.: The difference between a door manager and a door director is that a director can refund tickets at the door and a manager can't. See more information about the different user roles here
