It might be the case that you sell off-line tickets but still want to keep track of how many. With the new off-line sales feature form Xceed you can easily set this up:
Click on the action button on the top right corner and then on off-line sales
Chose the event, the type of ticket, the channel, add ons if that is the case and how many tickets you are selling
Fill in the required information related to the customer and send the ticket to their email of download it
Get a confirmation message that the tickets have been sent
You can then download the PDF with the ticket to send to your user via WhatsApp for example or they can simply say their names at the door and their tickets will be registered and ready to validade on the door manager app.
