It might be the case that you sell off-line tickets but still want to keep track of how many. With the new off-line sales feature form Xceed you can easily set this up:

  1. Click on the action button on the top right corner and then on off-line sales

  2. Chose the event, the type of ticket, the channel, add ons if that is the case and how many tickets you are selling

  3. If your offer in not nominative and doesn't require any extra information fields you will be able to add a list of people at the same time.

    Add one or more ticket under the same name and email by filling in the fields

    Add a list of names and emails with as many tickets as needed per person in one go by writing down the information as suggested in the help box

  4. At the end you will get a confirmation message that the tickets have been sent

You can then download the PDF with the ticket to send to your user via WhatsApp for example or they can simply say their names at the door and their tickets will be registered and ready to validade on the door manager app.
