How to resend a ticket

Resennd a QR ticket in no time

Sometimes a client may make a mistake in writing  his or her email.

In order to resend the QR code entry to his or her email, you can forward it to them.

To do this:

  1. Click on your event.

  2. Scroll down to the bottom of the statistics screen.

  3. Locate the customer and resend the ticket
